Drippi Credits symbolize our commitment to ensuring the value you receive from Drippi aligns seamlessly with your investment in our service. They play an essential role in accessing various features such as scraping leads, generating AI personalizations, sending messages, and scanning lead profiles to evaluate quality.
Drippi offers three distinct credit categories: AI Credits, Lead Credits, and Message Credits. As implied by their names, AI Credits cater to AI-intensive tasks such as crafting personalized messages, analyzing Twitter profiles, and executing advanced filtering. Lead Credits are designated for importing leads directly from Twitter using the Lead Scraper or the CSV import feature. Message Credits are used when sending DMs to leads through automations, follow-ups, or manual outreach.
Message Credits
Message credits are consumed whenever you send a direct message to a lead. Here’s how they work:
| Action | Credits charged |
|---|
| Message sent (automations, follow-ups, manual) | 10 credits per message |
| Split message (each part) | 10 credits per split message |
| Lead skipped — closed DMs | 1 credit |
| Lead skipped — previously contacted (if check enabled) | 1 credit |
Message credits apply to all outbound messaging: automated cold DMs, follow-up sequences, and manually sent messages. Split messages (messages longer than Twitter’s character limit that are sent as multiple parts) charge 10 credits for each part sent.
When a lead is skipped (e.g., closed DMs or previously contacted by one of your accounts), 1 credit is deducted. You will not be charged twice for the same lead — only one skip reason applies per lead.

Leads Scanned vs Leads Imported
What’s the difference between leads scanned and leads imported?
Let’s say, for example, if you have a lead source that imports followers of an account with 1M followers. Then you apply a filter that removes 98% of the leads to create a lead list of 20,000 users. Our system needs to retrieve and scan all 1M accounts to find the 20,000 that meet your filters. In this case, credits are used when scanning each of the 1M accounts so the import would use 1M lead credits total to import a total of 20,000 leads.
